After an incredible season, unfortunately Justin Kripps and Cam Stones were not able to replicate their silver medal performance from last years World Championships in Whistler. The Canadian due finish the 2-man BMW IBSF World Championships in 11th place.
This is not the last time Kripps and Stones will take to the Altenberg Ice, they will be joined by Ryan Sommer and Ben Coakwell in the 4-man race next weekend.
After the first weekend of competition, our bobsleigh teams are taking a break as our skeleton athletes are up next to take to the ice:
Men's Skeleton:
Heat 1 and 2 - 27th February, 2am MST and 4am EST
Heat 3 and 4 - 28th February, 5am MST and 7am EST
Women's Skeleton:
Heat 1 and 2 - 28th February, 1:30am MST and 3:30 EST
Heat 3 and 4 - 29th February, 1:30am MST and 3:30 EST
